    Pre-Ballet Babies

Our Pre-Ballet program at Insight Out Studio is tailored for young movers aged 3 to 5. In these engaging sessions, children are introduced to the art of movement through playful exploration, imaginative activities, sensory-rich experiences and guided play.

Using music and interactive exercises, we cultivate a love for dance while prioritizing coordination development and stimulating imaginative growth in a structured setting.

  • Pre-Primary / Primary

Pre-Primary and Primary levels in RAD  lay the foundation for young dancers to embark on their ballet journey with joy and creativity. Designed for budding dancers aged 5 and above, these levels introduce fundamental ballet techniques in a nurturing and playful environment.

Students explore movement, develop coordination, and build confidence through imaginative exercises and age-appropriate choreography. Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, young dancers are encouraged to express themselves while fostering a love for dance and setting the stage for further exploration and growth in dance.

  • Grades 1 - 8

Grades 1-8 at Insight Out Studio offer a dynamic journey through the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, catering to young dancers aged 6 to 18.

These structured classes blend technique, artistry, and creativity, nurturing a strong foundation in ballet while encouraging individual expression. Our experienced instructors guide students through progressive levels, emphasizing proper technique, musicality, and performance skills.

Additionally, we offer dedicated stretching and strengthening sessions for students of the ballet syllabus Grades 1-8. As students’ bodies grow, it is important to maintain their flexibility as well as work on strength and mobility. These 30-minute sessions are held at the beginning or end of the dance lessons.
